The HUBER RoMesh® drum filter provides a reliable and efficient solution for high-performance filtration, enhancing the quality of treated effluent while minimizing space requirements and operational costs.
Membrane Aerators
In our projects, we offer membrane tubular aerators from the German company OTT, which have been on the market since 1985. The reliable design and impressive technical specifications make them ideal for the reconstruction of existing aeration systems. Each aerator undergoes rigorous quality control at the factory, including load testing and pressure drop measurement.
Disc Aerators
The thermally and chemically resistant material of the FLEXLON® membrane enables the use of the D-Rex disc aerator in any type of wastewater, whether municipal or industrial. This makes it an effective aerator for water treatment. The material composition prevents the buildup of deposits on the membrane surface, which extends the aerator’s service life.
A key structural advantage of the D-Rex® disc aerator is the absence of an external ring-frame attachment on the aerator’s dispersing surface. The membrane is attached to the aerator’s support body using an internal fastening ring, allowing for the use of the entire active surface of the membrane. The even formation of air bubbles and the maximally utilized active surface of the membrane increase the efficiency of oxygen transfer to the wastewater by an average of 20%.
